What we process

We process files you send us (PDFs, images, resumes, documents, text) only to perform the operation you request (compress, merge, convert, and so on). We do not store your files beyond that: every file is deleted immediately after we send you the result, and anything left behind due to a failed job is force-deleted within 15 minutes.

What we store

We keep minimal account metadata to operate the service and enforce fair-use limits: your WhatsApp number, display name (if provided by WhatsApp), daily usage counts, credit balance, and job history (which tool was used, timestamps, file size), never file contents or extracted text.

Payment data

We don't store card or bank details ourselves. Payments are handled by our payment processors: Razorpay for India, and Paddle.com for international customers (Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions and is a separate data controller for the billing information it collects during checkout). We keep only the payment status, amount, and date needed for our own records.

Third parties

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta) to send and receive messages, and Razorpay / Paddle to process payments. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes on our behalf.

Your rights

To permanently delete your account and usage history, message the bot with deleteme, or email us at the address below.
