The service

WaMorePdf ("we", "us") is a WhatsApp-based file utility service. It is an independent service built on the WhatsApp Business Platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. These terms form an agreement between you and WaMorePdf when you message the bot or otherwise use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

By using this service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process. You won't use the service to process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to handle. We may suspend or block accounts that abuse the service: excessive requests, malicious files, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

Your files and content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you send us. We're granted only a temporary, limited license to process a file for the sole purpose of performing the operation you requested. This license ends the moment the file is deleted (see our Privacy Policy for exactly when that happens). We don't inspect, use, or claim any rights over your file contents beyond that.

Usage limits and plans

Free-tier usage is limited (currently 2 free actions per day); message upgrade to the bot for current limits and plans. The Pro plan is billed as a one-time payment for a 30-day period, not a recurring subscription, so there is no auto-renewal to cancel. See our Refund Policy for details.

Tool accuracy

The Resume ATS Score tool provides an internal compatibility estimate only; it does not guarantee outcomes with any specific employer's applicant tracking system. Other tools are provided "as is." While we aim for accurate results, we don't guarantee a specific output for every input file.

Payments

Payments from India are billed in INR via Razorpay. Payments from outside India are billed in USD via Paddle.com, our reseller. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all such orders and handles applicable sales taxes.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time, including for maintenance, abuse prevention, or changes to what we offer.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time by simply no longer messaging the bot. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without prior notice where abuse or risk to the service is involved.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights (including in files you send us).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
